1. Agreement
By downloading, installing or using Garis Skate on iOS you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app. If you use the app on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
These terms are a contract for the software experience itself. Apple's Media Services terms, App Store review guidelines, and any Apple platform agreements still apply to how you obtain and pay for the binary.
Garis Skate is licensed, not sold. Except for the limited licence below, no intellectual-property rights are transferred.
Product description
Features
Garis Skate provides its features as-is. Features may change with updates. Screens, copy and file formats may be revised to fix defects or to follow App Store rules.
Your content
You keep rights in content you create. You grant a limited licence to process that content on-device so the app can display, index, export or delete it at your request. That licence ends when the content is deleted from the live store, except for copies you exported yourself.
Conduct
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Privacy
See our Privacy Policy.
Availability
Garis Skate depends on your device, OS version and Apple's storefront. We do not promise that every feature exists on every device in iOS.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bagas Adityawan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Indonesia.
Entire agreement
Pre-release notes, marketing screenshots and reviews are not additional warranties. The store listing, this page and the Privacy Policy are the public contract surface for Garis Skate.
